WHO WE ARE
First Nations Landscape is a proudly Indigenous-owned and led business dedicated to creating meaningful employment and training opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people throughout Queensland.
Our name reflects our values - First Nations Landscape stands for connection to Country, community empowerment and long-term, sustainable growth led by Indigenous people for Indigenous communities.
OUR PURPOSE
Founded by Bruce Gibson and Duane Rogers, First Nations Landscape was built on the belief that self-determined economic participation is key to strengthening communities.
Both founders bring decades of experience across construction, governance and land management, and are deeply committed to using their platform to build Indigenous capability and leadership across the industry.
By developing skilled, local teams and working in partnership with clients and Traditional Owners, we ensure every project delivers real, long-lasting impact - economically, socially and culturally.
OUR SECTORS
First Nations Landscape delivers practical, cost-effective solutions tailored to the needs of regional and remote Queensland.
With a strong base in Hope Vale, QLD, our team specialises in delivering high-quality landscaping, civil and maintenance services across community, government and commercial sectors.
We are trusted by local councils, government departments and private clients alike to deliver reliable, professional services with a community-first approach.
COMMUNITY IMPACT
Our mission goes beyond project delivery. First Nations Landscape is committed to keeping skills, jobs and income within communities - breaking cycles of disadvantage by offering clear pathways into trade careers and ongoing professional development.
Through mentoring, hands-on training and culturally respectful engagement, we aim to uplift Indigenous workers and build genuine capacity on Country.
