Duane Rogers is a seasoned professional with over 35 years’ experience in the building, construction and landscaping industry. As co-founder and co-director of First Nations Landscape, Duane brings a wealth of hands-on expertise across both residential and commercial sectors throughout Queensland.

QBCC-licensed in Structural Landscaping, Duane specialises in delivering high-quality outdoor solutions — from custom fencing and retaining walls to decks, softscaping, concreting and civil works. His practical knowledge, combined with a strong focus on design, functionality and compliance, ensures each project meets both client expectations and industry standards.

Duane has worked with a range of private and government clients, including recent infrastructure projects for Queensland Health. Known for his professionalism and reliability, he oversees all stages of project delivery — from initial consultation through to completion — with a strong focus on safety, communication and quality workmanship.

As a dedicated mentor to local Indigenous youth, Duane is committed to creating meaningful training opportunities and long-term trade careers. His leadership continues to shape the next generation of skilled Indigenous workers, while contributing lasting value to the communities First Nations Landscape serves.
